SUMMARY
Maya Lawrence is a Design Strategist, Futurist, and Innovation strategist, formerly of the Customer practice of Ernst & Young LLP. She is focused on the integration of design thinking and business strategy for addressing complex business problems. Her background and interests are in the areas of operational and performance improvement practice, technology transformations, business transformations, futures thinking, and experience and human-centered design.
While at EY, Maya worked across industries and sectors to deliver internal and client-facing innovation and transformation services in Power & Utilities, Energy & Resources, Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility, Food & Agriculture, Hospitality, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Technology, and Health.
Prior to joining EY, Maya spent 13 years in project management and development focused in the not-for-profit sector, primarily in the arts and education, followed by a two year intensive MBA program centered on design strategy and innovation.
